Meet The YOUNG Brothers of Wendigo Hudson
Brothers Reid and Ryan Young, with a combined 25 years in the restaurant industry,
purchased a local bring your own wine restaurant called Carambola back in 2018 with the mission of sharing their cosmopolitan dining vision with the small town where they grew up.
Chef Reid was able to elevate the cuisine by pioneering a farm to table mentality in the region with a dedicated view of buying local. In March 2020, they rebranded the restaurant into Le Wendigo Hudson.
Having become a staple for upscale bistro dining, the focus was set to mixologist and wine-lover Ryan to continue his passion of crafting signature cocktails and curating a wine list to ensure everyone the best possible flavour pairings and overall dining experience. Wendigo has been a popular date night destination, and that trend continues during this take out period, always with a dinner for 2 special that includes a paired bottle of wine or cocktail.
